Pension Advisory Group, Ltd. provides actuarial, administrative and consulting services for retirement plans. Our focus is on small employers and providing their owners a means to save for their retirement and for their employees' retirements. We work with all varieties of retirement plans from simple profit sharing plans to more complicated 401(k) plans and class allocated plans that utilize the IRS's nondiscrimination rules to maximize contributions to select employees. We also work with defined benefit plans and cash balance plans with an in-house actuary to certify the valuations.

The retirement plan field is very complicated. Each year seems to bring more legislation from Congress and more regulation from the various governmental agencies regulating retirement plans. Business owners need a reliable partner in assisting in determining contributions, providing participants with benefit statements and required disclosure, and making required governmental filings.
